Provide independent assessment of the state of IT.

Develop 90-day plans to improve services and initiate transformation.

Guide leadership team in developing of an actionable IT strategy and a transformative plan.

Critically evaluate IT leadership and assist with recruiting the right talent.

Solve specific problem-sets, e.g. large contract negotiation, RFPs, security assessment, sourcing strategy, PMO implementation, etc.

Coach and mentor them and the key leaders in their organizations.

Provide additional leadership capacity.

Help them understand how to work effectively with other executives and their Board of Directors.
